The ‘science’ behind decision-making architecture

Should I close this business deal? Should I exit this thriving business that gets me so much financial reward and power but takes up all of my time?
Should I give this man a chance? Should I take this woman out for a date? Should I start a relationship? Should I get married? Is this the best way for the well-being of my kid? Should I continue X,Y,Z?
Decisions to make, constantly. Many times, the pressure we feel around it is real. The way we get to manage that pressure is crucial. This is where analysis starts, evaluating possibilities, so you can make the best decision. This is also where confusion, distortion, and uncertainty settle. Taking up your time and energy for days, weeks, months…
thinking
I cannot mess this one up, it can make me look weak if I am wrong…
… delaying decisions and creating mental load.

The ‘science’ behind decision-making architecture in business and life stands in this enumeration:
1 – Self regulation – ability to accept, control, and manage your emotions
2 – Mental fitness – ability to accept, control, and manage your thoughts
3 – Physical appearance – ability to accept, control, and manage your body
4 – Spiritual fitness – ability to accept, control, and manage your spirit (access through intuition)
5 – Full Self Control – ability to accept, control, and manage your emotions, thoughts, actions, and reactions. Knowing when to release self control is part of having it.

Doing all the above in real time is what I call…
6 – Dynamic Coherence (DC) – capacity to analyse and filter emotion, cognition, intuition, logic, and action simultaneously. Hence, better and faster decisions are available.

It is where… intuition meets logic.

The next one to make better decisions is…
7 – AI Augmented-strategic thinking = AI’s ability to build and reveal your human capacity through interaction.
Your human capacity to use this amazing intelligence available to enhance your thinking and not to trade it. A real leader leads the conversation when he/she wants to, in the direction he/she wants to. Same thing with AI, when interacting with it, make sure you lead the conversation where you want and need to, otherwise, AI takes over, many times without even realizing it.
Which will leave you with this question: who’s the artificial human…? (funny, but not funny)
Let’s see. AI has high EQ and IQ, and can simulate human behavior pretty well.
Keyword – Simulate.
Regarding its IQ (I would call it MQ – machine quotient), it can absorb large amounts of information in seconds, while a capable human mind can do it in hours, days… Just to register the theory of it, of that information.
We already know it can filter any information through its EQ as well… and let’s take a pause…
(Leading an experiment via AI in the past year in this direction, see other posts.)
HUMANS have higher EQ when used and trained. Also, SQ (social intelligence), and active intuition. Here is where the ‘battle’ Human-AI ends. When you start to see AI as an amazing MQ to enhance your own thinking, and not just use it as a casual tool, the advanced use of it begins,
which can only benefit you as a human being first of all, but also as a business leader.
Advanced use of AI can help you make better decisions too, only when your own filtering is active.

Which leads me to the last point, the most important one in decision-making, your foundation
8 – Identity = ability (skills and talent) and capacity (potential to produce results) to be who you choose to be inside out,
while being aware, present, and fully accountable. This implies the courage to accept failure and frustration, which are human experiences and should be taken as such.
Complexity is a human creation. Simplicity as well.
Your potential is waiting to be revealed and expressed, and it exists within your full identity.
At a business and personal level.
You start to feel confused about your decisions when external facts are ignored or not processed enough through different angles, or you experience inner dysregulation. It can be both. Here is where my work begins, spotting those gaps objectively.

How to work on your identity? See points 1-5 and spot the gaps so you can gain clarity on solutions.
In the end, it’s a decision if you want to do it or not. (like anything else)
While,

Every experience is different. Every individual is different. Which makes every solution different and adaptable.
